Hiatus...

Well, if you read this blog, you might wonder what a hiatus is, since I went for two months without a single update. I will be away from my brewery for over two weeks around the holidays and I won't be brewing again until I return. Once I return, I'm making another porter and another IPA.

For Christmas I'm giving my uncle a six pack of my recent Heffe Weizen, which I bottled on Thursday. I'm not certain that it will be carbonated by Christmas. Probably not.
